- HandoverQuality checks and care instructions, with mounting and safe-use guidance where relevant.
- Your documentsThe custom transformation agreement, completed Schedule A and an itemized invoice.

We agree dates after inspection and design discussion. Complexity, materials, artist availability and client approvals shape the schedule.
Fees for your commission
Priced around
your project.
Your quote covers the agreed design, preparation, labour, materials, specialist fabrication, finishing and packaging. We confirm it before work starts.
Payment terms apply to custom commissions under the attached agreement.
- Individual quotationNo fixed package fee. The price follows the object, scope and approved design.
- ChangesExtra revisions or services need a written quotation and your approval.
- DonationsDonating an object does not place a paid commission. We discuss acceptance and handover separately.
- Delivery & installationAgreed and priced separately when requested.
